Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Manager to join our team in New Delhi. This full-time role is pivotal to ensuring we bring in the best talent to support our innovative and community-driven coworking spaces. The ideal candidate will be experienced in technical recruiting and recruitment management, and will possess strong leadership and human resources skills.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in technical recruiting and end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring top talent acquisition.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of recruiters effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources practices and principles to ensure compliance and effective HR management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for successful collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Experience using various recruitment software and tools for job postings, candidate tracking, and resume management.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and forecast future hiring needs.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and ensure accurate and timely reporting of recruitment metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
