Job Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Abisol Aqua. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and persuading them to make a purchase. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service skills
• Active listening skills to understand customer needs
• Good typing skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data entry and analysis
• Ability to convince customers and handle objections effectively

• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
• Maintain a database of customer information and keep it up to date
