· Lead generation by making dealers and distributors for the solar business in the assigned area.
· Building distribution network in markets
· Achieving sales targets for selling franchisee
· Work on generating inquiries, coordinate and follow up with leads Manage
· Existing dealers for achieving Sales targets and Identify new channel
· Work in geographical area for solar panels.
· Marketing & brand promotion.
· Negotiate commercials
· Dealer engagement and technical support. Channel Sales Management, Distributor Handling ,territory sales, Sales Retail Channel
· Designing or coordinating the design of solar thermal systems of photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential or commercial buildings
· Using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create electrical single-line diagrams, connection diagrams or panel schedules for solar electrical systems
· Creating checklists to use when reviewing solar installation projects that have been completed
· Creating plans for developing, monitoring and evaluating a solar electrical system
· Designing hot water and space heating solar systems new and existing residential or commercial structures
· Developing operational procedures to maintain safety standards for installing and maintaining solar installations
· Development of new solar based products.
Required Candidate profile
Job Type : full Time
Salary: 40,000.00 – 80,000.00 per month
Ability to commute / relocate: Jharkhand or any locations
Education : Bachelor preferred
Mandatory 7+ years experience in Channel sales in the PV Sector and or Solar Panel, Solar Inverters, Solar batteries and other solar products.
