Job Overview

Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience | Full-Time | Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software for creating and reviewing construction plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Time management and organizational abilities
• Valid driving license and own bike for site visits
• Familiarity with measurements and sizes of construction materials
• Previous experience in site supervision or related roles is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities at various project sites
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor the progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to the management
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including work schedules and reports
• Train and supervise construction workers to ensure efficiency and quality
• Conduct inspections to identify any issues or defects and take necessary corrective actions
• Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during project execution
• Coordinate the procurement of materials and equipment required for construction projects
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses and budget
• Ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within the allocated budget
