Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospitality Management position with a focus on managing the kids play area, cafe, and birthday party bookings. The role includes overseeing the operations of the facility, managing the customer service staff, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition, and working with the sales team to generate business. The Hospitality Manager will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and ensuring that the facility is always clean and in adherence with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills to manage the day-to-day operations of the kids play area, cafe, and birthday party bookings
• Experience in sales and negotiation to generate business and work with the sales team to meet sales targets
• Training skills to ensure that the customer service staff is well-trained and provides exceptional service to guests
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Experience in the hospitality industry, ideally with experience in managing a kids play area
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
