Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve them effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Valid bike license and ability to travel
• Sales experience is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its products
• Assist guests with their needs and ensure their satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Manage and coordinate guest reservations and bookings
• Handle guest complaints or concerns and escalate them as necessary
• Provide support to other departments as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
