Job Overview

ABHIMANYA DOORS is looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects on-site. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in the construction industry
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Valid Bike license and willingness to travel to different project sites
• Understanding of civil construction norms and regulations
• Passion for the construction industry and willingness to learn

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects on-site
• Monitor and ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Manage and supervise construction workers and laborers
• Track and report project progress to the project manager
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Ensure the safety of all personnel on-site
• Maintain accurate records of all site activities and documentation
