- Target of 8 to 9 closures a month.
- Ensuring Various sources of recruitment apart from portals.
- Should be an aggressive recruiter with experience in handling large scale recruitment.
- Self Starter/ Go getter and independent worker willing to work under tremendous pressure
- Shall be responsible for the overall 360 degree of recruitment right from the sourcing, to Interviewing to closure.
