1 Sales Generation through Daily market working (Complying the norms – TC/PC, Order Collection, Bill preparation).
2 Sales generation and monitoring of Distributor Sales Man ( Exclusive or Shared) .
3 Planning of Proper Beat/Route aligning with DB/SDB.
4 Drive achievement of Primary and Secondary sales targets through addition of new DB, new retail, and potential area.
5 To Ensure “Distributor sales representative” are trained on how our products are to be sold (right way of making call)
6 Generating Sale through the Salesman of DB with daily review mechanism. 7 Scheme regularization in the market (ensuring the Primary & Secondary schemes are pass on to Retailers / Whole Sales).
8 Ensuring the Companies Products Visibility in the assigned market & utilization of POP materials and conduct promotional activities.
9 Take initiative/planning for New Products Launches.
10 Attendance, SO to be present in for minimum 22 days Retailing (Field Work) in the market physically.
11 Old party collection and follow up.
12 Ensuring New DB appointment & Proper market launches.
13 Ensure timely submission of distributors’ delivery report.
14 Ensure timely submission of DB stock & stock analysis
