Designation : Area Sales Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales and Distribution Management:

 Ensure achievement of secondary/ primary Sales targets, according to Monthly/Quarterly / annual Fixed Target.

 Ensure alignment of PJP of self and PJP of SR and SO.

 Check and monitor the daily market activity for the SR and SO.

 Analyse potential areas in assigned geography where Retailers or Distributor appointment would enhance business prospects.

 Interview parties shortlisted by SR & SO and evaluate them on financial strength, infrastructure, experience, market standing and alignment with Abdos Consumer care Ltd expectations in terms of business.

 Ensure proper documentation check, target sharing and completing the process of on-boarding new Distributors.

 Coordinate separation of non-performing Distributors with Full and Final settlement and collect No Dues Certificates.

 Provide Coaching/support to the SR and SO in meeting their monthly/qtr/annual targets.

 Rural Coverage of Van Sales Activity, Supervising the Van Sales Executive, Driving Rural expansion objective. Sales and Operations Planning :

 Sales Forecasting, and Target Planning – i) Area wise, ii) DB wise, iii) SR & SO wise.

 Reviews proposed marketing initiatives and effectively support the in execution of the schemes.  Coordinating with the Sales Support and Logistics Team, for smooth delivery flow.

 Expedite Retailer/ DB claims (Secondary/Damage) through liaisons with Commercial Team. Support Activities :

 Interpersonal Skills to handle and manage different stake holders, both internal and external.

 Ensure availability of manpower (SRs and SO’s) within the given territory with no vacant area.

 Collate data and prepare reports to track sales parameters ,Review, and prepare Report for weekly/monthly review meeting within the stipulated time line.

 Ensure that wrong/lack of integrity related practices by team or trade partners are immediately brought to notice of the company and take steps to prevent the same.

 Also must have excel skill & Microsoft word & power point knowledge
