Job Overview
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at ABD Group in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and providing information about our real estate solutions. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to convince and persuade customers over the phone
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Proven experience in lead generation and outbound calling

Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our real estate solutions
- Generate leads and create a database of potential customers
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our projects, prices, and offerings
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while engaging with customers
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion
- Collaborate with the sales team to share customer feedback and improve sales strategies
