Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team at ABD Group. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters related to real estate transactions and corporate affairs. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in the field of corporate law. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience as a Corporate Lawyer, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and corporate law
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
• Knowledge of residential law and related regulations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on real estate transactions and corporate matters
• Review and negotiate various legal contracts and agreements
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and legal opinions
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and potential liabilities
• Assist in corporate governance matters and compliance issues
• Handle legal disputes and litigation matters
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and represent the company in legal proceedings
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the real estate industry and corporate law
