Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive to join our team at ABD Group. As an Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.


Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and maintain the front office area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times
  • Greet and assist visitors, answering their inquiries and directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the relevant individuals
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient use of time
  • Handle all administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and updating records
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events and meetings
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
