Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team at ABD Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving revenue growth. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and the employment type is full-time.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Solid understanding of financial data and ability to interpret and present it to clients.
  • Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business and finance knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, driving revenue growth.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their real estate requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.
