We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for the role of US IT Bench Sales Recruiter at ABCO Computers Pvt. Ltd. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and placing qualified IT professionals on bench with our clients in the USA. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, with an emphasis on bench sales in the US IT industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with qualified IT professionals suitable for bench placements in the USA
• Build and maintain a strong database of prospective candidates through various sourcing methods
• Screen and interview candidates to match their skills and experience with client requirements
• Negotiate and close deals with clients by presenting suitable candidates for bench placements
• Monitor and track the progress of candidates on bench to ensure timely placements
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates and clients throughout the bench sales process
• Stay updated with industry trends and market demands to effectively meet client expectations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of candidate profiles, client feedback, and placement details
