Job Overview


Inner Engineering Products & Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our insulation solutions to potential customers in Odisha, India region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insulation, Building Materials, HVAC, Interior or Architecture industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Technical knowledge of insulation solutions and the ability to provide technical support.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Promote and sell Inner Engineering's insulation solutions to potential customers in Odisha region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
  • Identify and qualify leads, making sales presentations, and closing deals.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers, guiding them on appropriate insulation solutions based on their specific requirements.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to maximize customer satisfaction.
