Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Ticket Booking Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for booking tickets, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ticket Booking: Book tickets for customers via phone, email, or online platforms.
2. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Ticket Modifications: Assist customers with ticket modifications, such as changes to travel dates or cancellations.
4. Payment Processing: Process customer payments and handle payment-related issues.
5. Travel Documentation: Ensure that all travel documents, such as tickets and travel itineraries, are accurate and complete.
6. Communication: Communicate with customers, airlines, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.
7. Reporting: Generate reports on ticket sales, customer feedback, and other key metrics.
