Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ticket reservations, bookings, and cancellations for flights, trains, buses, and events.
• Assist customers in selecting the best travel or event options according to their preferences and budget.
• Provide accurate information regarding fares, schedules, and other travel-related details.
• Process payments, issue tickets, and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
• Handle changes in travel schedules, rebooking, and refunds.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain updated knowledge of ticketing systems, policies, and promotions.
• Coordinate with airlines, travel agents, and event organizers for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on ticket sales and revenue.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or a degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Ticketing Executive or in a similar role in the travel or event industry.
• Proficiency in ticketing systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or other GDS platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing bookings and payments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible working hours.
