Roles & Responsibilities:

Ø Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to inform them about our biomedical services.

Ø Handle inbound calls and address client inquiries, providing accurate and detailed information.

Ø Schedule appointments for service engineers and coordinate with the service team.

Ø Maintain and update client databases with accurate and relevant information.

Ø Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services and address any issues or concerns.

Ø Assist in marketing and promotional activities as needed.

Ø Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and performance metrics.

Ø Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities and client interactions.

Ø Perform other duties assign by the management.
