Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, prospects, or clients to sell products/services, gather information, or provide support.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales-focused Telecaller:
1. Make outbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales.
2. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
3. Pitch products/services to potential customers.
4. Handle customer objections and negotiations.
Customer-focused Telecaller:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
2. Provide product/service information and support.
3. Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
4. Upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services.
General Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate records of calls made, sales, and customer interactions.
2. Follow company scripts and guidelines.
3. Stay up-to-date on product/service knowledge.
4. Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., call volume, conversion rates).
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Basic computer skills (CRM software, dialing systems).
5. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.

Desirable Skills:
