Job Title: Service Coordinator


Reports to: Service Manager


Department: Operations/Service

Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service requests, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Coordinate Service Requests: Receive and process service requests from customers, either via phone, email, or online portal.

2. Schedule Appointments: Schedule appointments with customers and assign technicians as needed.

3. Dispatch Management: Manage the dispatch process to ensure timely arrival of technicians at customer locations.

4. Customer Communication: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and keeping them informed of appointment schedules and statuses.

5. Technician Support: Provide administrative support to technicians, including preparing work orders, and processing paperwork.

6. Data Entry: Accurately enter data into the service management software, including customer information, work orders, and appointment schedules.

7. Reporting: Generate reports as needed to track service performance, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.

8. Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity.


Requirements:


1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service coordination or dispatch environment.

3. Skills:

   1. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

   2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

   3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management software.

   4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
