Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

Reports To: HR Manager


Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the company. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain candidate records and ensure the HR database is up-to-date.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
