Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive specializing in sourcing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent through various channels. The role requires a strategic approach to sourcing candidates, building a talent pipeline, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks).

2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and proactively source candidates to meet recruitment goals.

3. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines effectively.

4. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.

5 Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports to track sourcing effectiveness and provide insights to stakeholders.

6 Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices in recruitment and selection processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role, with a focus on sourcing and recruitment.

- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the healthcare industry or other specialized fields.
