Position: Training Cum Product Manager

Location: Based at Chennai Corporate Office

Years of Experience: 5 to 10 yrs

An exciting opportunity is now available in Ababil Healthcare within our Sales & Marketing team, focusing on training in ICU and Theaters products for our new comers / customers / Bio Medical engineers .

We are looking for a passionate and energetic clinical expert with knowledge and experience of Intensive Care Unit or Critical care in a hospital and/or pre-hospital environment, well-versed in Patient Monitoring, ICU Ventilators, Syringe Pumps and Infusion Pumps

You will work hand in hand with various internal and external stakeholders being instrumental in driving successful training and expertise thus generating business growth across the South India.

Working in hospitals, you will support in demos, installation, and training, with the primary objective of ensuring our customers are confident and competent in using Ababil Products.  

Roles and Responsibilities ;

· Acting as the knowledge point for our sales team, customers to glean maximum value from Ababil products

· To our customers, you will be the product expert, educating them in the effective operation of our products

· Offering customer guidance on workflow design based on the clinical setting (ICU, Theaters, A&E etc.)

· Working with customers to define clinical configurations to enable safe and appropriate use

· Identify and communicate internally opportunities for business growth

· Communicating at all levels, tailoring content to the relevant audience to ensure the training is fully understood

· Keep clinical, technical and market knowledge up to date.

· Manage and maintain timely training records

What are we looking for in you?

· Nursing Degree or Bio Medical or equivalent with clinical applications experience in Medical Devices

· Demonstrate experience of working autonomously

· Natural team member working to achieve shared objectives

· ICU, Operation Theater or A&E experience highly desired

· Commercial experience in a similar role advantageous

· Showcase previous project organization skills

· Strong analytical and planning skills.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills
