Sales Engineer
Locations: Hyderabad, Guntur, Kakinada, Khammam, Bangalore, Gulbarga, Hassan, Vijayapur, Hubli, Davanagere, Chennai, Ernakulam.
Service Engineer
Locations: Bangalore, Hubli, Vijayawada
Requirements:
Experience: 0-5 years in medical equipment or product sales, especially ICU, OT, and critical care products.
Background: Minimum 1 year in a similar medical device sales role with strong product knowledge.
Skills: Familiarity with the sales cycle, CRM, and market knowledge. Understanding ICU and OT equipment is an advantage.

Job Description for Sales Engineer
Reporting to Sales Manager:
Are you dynamic and goal-driven, looking to build a successful career selling ICU/OT products in your region? Do you have a network within hospitals and a drive to represent a top brand? Ababil Healthcare offers a great opportunity to train and develop passionate sales professionals in the medical field.
Key Responsibilities:
Differentiate Ababil products by conveying value propositions, developing and presenting solutions, and closing complex sales.
Build relationships with departmental decision-makers to access C-Suite influences.
Identify key accounts, generate new leads, and develop a regional growth strategy.
Create and manage territory plans, including competitive strategies and target accounts.
Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities and manage the sales funnel.
Conduct product demonstrations, clinical and commercial networking, and brand promotions.
Provide training to team members and represent Ababil at industry events.
Submit regular activity reports and monitor competitive activity.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven success in selling medical devices to Corporate and Private Sector hospitals.
Strong network of KOL's in your region.
Ability to work independently, with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Demonstrated success in high-value sales and business development.
Fluent in English and local languages.
Proficiency in computer and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
Experience in medical sales, customer service, or a related field.
Strong organizational, negotiation, and time-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
