Job Summary:
The Telecaller in the Biomedical Service Department will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients to provide information about our services, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle high-volume calls effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to inform them about our biomedical services.
Handle inbound calls and address client inquiries, providing accurate and detailed information.
Schedule appointments for service engineers and coordinate with the service team.
Maintain and update client databases with accurate and relevant information.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services and address any issues or concerns.
Assist in marketing and promotional activities as needed.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and performance metrics.
Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities and client interactions.
