Job Title: Biomedical Sales Intern


Reports to: Sales Manager


Department: Sales


Location: [Madhavaram,Chennai]


Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Biomedical Sales Intern to join our sales team. The successful candidate will assist in the sales and marketing of biomedical products, including medical devices and equipment.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Support: Assist sales representatives with sales calls, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop knowledge of biomedical products, including features, benefits, and applications.

3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.

5. Sales Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate sales records, including sales reports and customer interaction logs.

6. Trade Shows and Events: Participate in trade shows and events to promote products and services.

7. Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.


Requirements:


1. Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Biology, or a related field.

2. Experience: 0-1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.

3. Skills:

   1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.

   2. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

   3. Basic knowledge of biomedical products and services.

   4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

4. Certifications/Awards: Relevant certifications, such as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation, preferred.


Working Conditions:


1. Work Environment: Office environment, with occasional travel to customer sites and trade shows.

2. Physical Demands: Sitting, standing, and walking
