Role (Overview of the Position)

                                                      In house servicing of faulty units and spares technical support to the field engineers coordination with extern for product development.

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)

· PCB level servicing and trouble shooting.

· Technical support at field for engineers.

· Attending of critical breakdowns while necessary.

· Finding alternate and compatible components.

· Technical training for the new comer’s.

· Product development coordination.

· Production planning for manufacturing.
