Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team. The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting and developing talent within the organization.


Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new employees.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance improvement and development opportunities.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate employee development initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and online training courses.
  1. Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  1. HR Policy Implementation:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote consistency and fairness across the organization.
  • Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and ensure compliance.
