Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Head to join our team at Aazovo India. As the B2B Sales Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing our business-to-business sales efforts. This includes developing and implementing effective sales strategies, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients, and achieving sales targets.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience and success in B2B sales, preferably in the Wholesale Import and Export industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute effective strategies to drive B2B sales and meet or exceed targets
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in client organizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry best practices
