- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and customer visits.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs.
- Product Knowledge and Demonstrations:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's automation products and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Explain the technical aspects and benefits of products to customers.
- Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Generate leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company’s criteria for potential business.
- Sales Planning and Reporting:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers.
- Close sales deals and ensure proper documentation and order processing.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the technical support team to address customer issues and ensure satisfactory service delivery.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide customer feedback and suggestions for product improvement.
- Training and Development:
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff if applicable.
- Compliance and Ethics:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain ethical standards in all interactions with customers and partners.
