02 years of Relevant experience is mandatory
Strong Understanding of FMCG Sale
Negotiation Skills Result Oriented Mindset.
1. Responsibilities: Managing team of 7-10 sales representatives, Hiring Distributor
Traveling throughout an assigned territory along with SR to develop the market
Relationship building and managing with all the retailers,
Monitoring of Secondary Sales in terms of beat-wise targets by taking periodic (morning, mid-day, and evening) reports from the SRs)
Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective offtake and marketing techniques.
Ensure timely delivery against the orders booked with zero cancellation and timely claim settlement, if any
Providing job training, & mentorship to SRs on new products, offers & schemes.
Maintaining solid working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints on time.
Ensuring brand awareness within an assigned territory by assisting the marketing team with suggestions and also regarding competition activity.
Monitoring competitors’ sales activity within an assigned territory.
