  3. Reporting: Generate regular reports on customer activity, feedback, and trends to inform strategic decisions.

Technical and Product Knowledge:

  1. Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively address customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
  2. CRM Software Proficiency: Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships, track interactions, and analyze data.

Training and Development:

  1. Customer Training: Conduct training sessions for customers on how to effectively use the company’s products or services.

Miscellaneous:
