Requirements:

- Master’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance

- Master's degree in Business Administration with Major in Accounting/Finance

- 3 to 4 years of work experience in Corporate Accounting or as CA

- The ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with day-to-day and month-to-month hands-on doing

- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently

- High attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Being responsible for timely and accurate financial statements and reporting

- Collaborate with external financial consultants such as third-party accounting services, tax consultants, etc.

- Oversee the purchasing functions of the company and carry out effective vendor management to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective laboratory consumables

- Manage accounts receivable functions and collections as well as identify initiatives to improve cash flow

- Develop means to improve profit, including estimating cost and benefit, exploring new business opportunities, etc.

-Analyze information forecast sales against expenses and create annual budget plans.

- Identify cost saving and productivity opportunities to improve profit growth in operating departments.

- Regular review of Balance Sheet reconciliation to ensure all outstanding
