Job Description:

·        Make calls to customers to learn about their requirement

·        Respond efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued

·        Make sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs

·        Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately

·        Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Eligibility Criteria:

·        Excellent command over “English” language.

·        Prior experience in calling/BPO would be added advantage

·        Fresher can also apply

·        Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate

·        Age : 18 – 30 years

Salary Package: 12000 – 25000 per month (Depend on Experience)
