Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in financial analysis, project management, negotiation, and business collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, preparing feasibility reports, managing projects from conception to completion, and fostering successful partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's business and reach new markets.
- Prepare detailed feasibility reports and financial models to assess the viability of potential projects and investments.
- Lead negotiations with potential partners, vendors, and clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Manage all aspects of project development, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners for business collaboration, and manage the partnership process from initial contact to contract negotiation.
- Oversee property dealings, including lease agreements, acquisitions, and property management activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, and deliver engaging presentations to showcase our products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, commercial real estate, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in financial analysis, project management, and negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and creativity.
- Strong work ethic, energy, and enthusiasm for driving results.
- Experience in property dealings, licensing, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
