Job Overview

We are seeking a Recruitment Executive to join our team at Aaradhya Growth LLP. As a Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process and ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Good knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
• Proactive and result-oriented attitude

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
• Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
• Review and shortlist resumes based on the job requirements
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate's suitability
• Perform reference checks and background verifications
• Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
