Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Tele Sales Executive to manage ophthalmology patient leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying patient leads and assigning them to nearby hospitals. The goal is to achieve a monthly target of 15 ophthalmology consultations and 10 surgeries. This role involves close collaboration with field sales executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification: Contact ophthalmology patient leads, qualify them, and gather necessary information.
- Patient Assignment: Assign qualified leads to appropriate hospitals and clinics based on their needs and proximity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with field sales executives to ensure seamless lead management and client handling.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers to ensure high satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, targets, and results. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on patient interactions.
- Market Research: Gather market intelligence and insights about competitors. Adapt sales strategies based on market trends and patient needs.
Monthly Target:
Achieve a monthly target of 15 ophthalmology consultations and 10 surgeries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in tele sales or customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and lead management tools.
