Job Summary: We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Technical Executive. The right candidate will handle sales teams in hospitals by providing doctors and healthcare administrators with technical support and guidance on the best ways to use Listing.aapkacare.com, which further includes helping with leads to close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Explain to hospitals and doctors the features and benefits of our portal, ensuring they understand how to use it effectively.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Help new clients set up their accounts and enhance listings on Listing.aapkacare.com.
  • Lead Management: Work closely with the sales teams to track, manage, and close leads.
  • Demonstrations and Training: Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare providers.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any technical issues or queries they may have.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from clients to improve the platform and relay this information to the development team.
  • Reporting: Maintain records of client interactions, issues resolved, and leads closed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of experience in a technical support or customer service role.
  • Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Ability to work closely with sales teams and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
