Job Description:

The Senior Site Engineer will oversee construction activities, ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Construction Management:

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to manage on-site labor, materials, and equipment.

1. Quality Control:

• Conduct inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and resolve any issues.

1. Site Supervision:

• Lead and manage the site workforce, providing technical support as needed.
• Maintain accurate daily progress and performance reports.

1. Project Coordination:

• Work with project managers and consultants to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project deadlines and budgets, ensuring milestones are met.

1. Health & Safety Compliance:

• Implement safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

1. Resource Management:

• Manage materials, equipment, and labor to optimize resources and minimize delays.

1. Liaison & Reporting:

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities to obtain necessary permits.
• Report progress and potential risks to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in residential real estate construction.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management tools and MS Office.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead site teams.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
