Job Summary:

• We are seeking dynamic and motivated freshers for Sales Executives to join our real estate team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate properties to potential buyers. Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell real estate properties to potential buyers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and conducting site visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide accurate information about properties to clients and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Assist clients in the negotiation process to ensure a favourable outcome for both parties.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting properties and attracting potential buyers.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process to keep them informed and engaged.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Basic knowledge of real estate industry practices and procedures is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
