Responsibilities:<ul><li>Sending Welcome emails to customers.</li><li>Attending to the customers post bookings, Issuing Allotment Letters and Agreement</li><li>Preparing documents required for bank loan Process of customer’s.</li><li>Complete coordination between bank associates and customers for home loan services</li><li>Sending Demand letters &amp; issuing receipts for paid amount to the customers.</li><li>Taking care of Payment plan / Transfer letter /Demand letter/ Cancellation Letters.</li><li>Ensure timely collection of revenue from customers / Monthly EMIs</li><li>Communicate promptly site update or any other information to customers related to the project.</li><li>Analyze data according to customers balance dues and prepare reports for sending reminders / final reminders &amp; cancellation letters</li><li>Project updates to customers on regular intervals</li><li>Uploading customer details in FOCUS -ERP as well as maintaining MIS in Excel format</li><li>Preparation of MIS reports of Customers (New bookings/ Registration/ Transfers)</li><li>Set-up and maintain files, records and data bases such as Customer information, cell phone and e-mail id lists</li><li>Coordinating with Sales as well as Accounts department.</li><li>Flat swapping and cancelation process.</li><li>Regular interaction with the customers and resolve their problems for various issues related to flat.</li><li>Provide a strong customer service experience on the phone and in person</li><li>Handling difficult and aggressive customers in a professional manner.</li><li>Explain products, services, pricing, and answer queries and overcome objections from customers</li><li>Record names, addresses, purchases and reactions of prospects contacted into the CRM system</li><li>Reporting to Team Leader and Handling Emails and total correspondence.</li></ul>Job Specification:<ul><li>Graduate with atleast 2 years exp. in Real-estate, Insurance, Banking, Hospitality Industry experience</li><li>Excellent Oral &amp; Written Communication skills in English / Hindi / Telugu</li><li>Well versed with Computers in MS Office</li></ul>
