Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Odoo Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through the sales and promotion of Odoo solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through market research, industry events, and online platforms.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Educate clients about the benefits of Odoo solutions and how they can address their specific requirements.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations to clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the proposed solutions align with client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide post-sales support and act as a liaison between clients and the technical team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Odoo product updates to provide informed advice to clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market changes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development, preferably in ERP or software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
