- Look After Daily 50+ AMTS BUS Operation.
- Manage Drivers Team, Train & Motivate them for smooth daily operation.
- Hire and recruit new drivers as per requirements.
- Reduce penalty occur from Driver Operation.
- Planning for next day Operation.
- Daily meeting and reporting to Operation Head
- Arrange Spare Driver in absence of any driver.
- Complete daily maintenance checks on Bua and notify manager of any issues.
