Ø Qualification: Fresher’s or experienced with minimum qualification of B.Tech in any stream.
Ø Good communication Skill with fluency in Malayalam.
Ø Ready to work in rotational shift with rotational off.
Ø Handling customer complaints and follow ups.
Ø Should have basic idea on ISP (Internet Service Provider) troubleshooting
Ø Language Skill: Malayalam
Ø Shifts : 6am – 3pm / 8am – 5pm / 1pm – 10pm / 3pm – 12am
