Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead to manage our Inside Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, setting sales targets, and ensuring the team meets its goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Inside Sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and onboard new team members.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in an inside sales environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
