Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events to generate new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring regular follow-ups, understanding client needs, and offering customized solutions to meet their requirements.
Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify new trends, business opportunities, and competition. Provide insights to help shape the company’s business development strategy and marketing efforts.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to clients. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals.
Target Achievement: Set and meet individual and team sales targets and performance benchmarks. Regularly report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to align strategies, share market feedback, and ensure smooth handover of clients to other teams post-sale.
Sales Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to assist in decision-making.
