Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth:
Identify potential clients and market opportunities within the North Region.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Actively prospect, qualify, and close sales deals with new and existing customers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
2. Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the biotech and research communities.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to address client inquiries, concerns, and requirements.
Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
3. Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our biotech product and service offerings.
Effectively communicate the technical and scientific aspects of our products to potential customers.
Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback and input on product improvement and development.
4. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and sales performance analyses.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as biology, chemistry, or life sciences.
2. Proven experience in sales within the biotech industry is preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of biotech products and services.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
6. Willingness to travel within the North Region as required.
7. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
