Job Overview


We are hiring a Housekeeping Area Supervisor to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations in our company. As a Housekeeping Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, managing a team of housekeeping staff, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in housekeeping, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in housekeeping or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and best practices
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and requests professionally
  • Proficiency in using housekeeping tools and equipment
  • Basic computer skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and oversee the housekeeping operations in our facilities
  • Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and tidiness in all areas
  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures
  • Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including cleaners and maintenance workers
  • Schedule and assign duties to housekeeping staff
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
  • Manage and replenish housekeeping supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and security, to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and requests related to housekeeping
  • Maintain documentation and records related to housekeeping activities
