Conduct weekly review with Team & drive improvements.
Handling Documentation Work & getting work done from team in timely manner.
Audit Preparation & facing the Customer Audits, To prepare documents as required by customer audit. To give action plan to customer & implement action plan for improvement
Good Communication skill with Customer
To ensure closure of G8D/ SCAP or other customer complaints as per agreed time plan. To implement action plan & improvement plan
To get customer specific requirement & study the requirements & implement requirements which is differing from our existing requirements. Communicate the requirements to all related processes.
To get customer satisfaction survey & prepare & implement action plan in co-ordination with respective dept. heads.
Is active member for new product development for related customer & will work in co-ordination with HOD NPD related to quality dept. work which include but not limited to, In-charge for all quality related report, Communication with customer for results differing from the specification, Use of customer specific formats, etc.
To get quality rating from customer , make trend graph & prepare action plan where rating is less.
To make monthly trend graph of customer complaints
To make in process rejection trend graph & pareto analysis . Drive improvement with Production Department.
PDCA & Improvement action plan based on four months pareto analysis of In-process rejection & customer Return
Should have knowledge of all Quality tools
